Raja Yoga Meditation
Raja Yoga is a form of meditation that is accessible to people of all backgrounds. It is a meditation without mantras or physical postures and can be practiced anywhere, anytime.
By connecting with our inner self and the Source of spiritual power, we restore our mind's natural state of peace, strength, and clarity. This practice helps us navigate daily life with focus and resilience.
Learn Raja Yoga →Our Meditation Hall
A Brahma Kumaris meditation hall is a sanctuary of profound stillness where the soul gently returns to its original state of peace, purity, and power; it is a lighthouse of elevated vibrations that cleanse the mind, a sacred meeting place where one experiences the Supreme’s light, a mirror that reveals the true self beyond roles and responsibilities, and a universal space reminding every visitor of their innate brotherhood with all souls.

✦ What We Offer
At the Brahma Kumaris we offer a framework for a life-changing experience. By exploring and discovering the most fundamental question of all, "Who am I?", we develop a sense of self-mastery that allows us to stay in charge of our lives.
Our free programs include Raja Yoga Meditation courses, children's classes, youth personality development sessions, and various public programs. All are offered as a community service — there is never any charge to attend.
